The Fengsheng Technology production team deployed high-altitude cranes, industrial-specific fill lights, and multi-camera shooting systems on site, making special preparations for shooting in the complex environment of the industrial plant area to ensure the quality of the promotional video footage. With the synchronized operation of multiple cameras, the shooting officially began.

Fujian Mingda Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the forging of high-difficulty materials such as nickel-based superalloys and duplex stainless steel. The production team from Fengsheng Technology ventured into the melting workshop and other high-temperature operation areas, focusing on the production site of 40T/60T fully computer-controlled natural gas heating furnaces.
The team utilized HDR photography and high frame rate shooting techniques to capture the shocking industrial scenes of workers taking samples, measuring temperature, pouring molten steel into molds, and sparking, authentically reproducing the entire process of high-temperature smelting and visually reflecting the technological barriers of special alloy forging.
The rumble of heavy equipment highlights intelligent equipment and robust production capacity
Mingda Valve has established an integrated forging production system, equipped with a full set of heavy-duty intelligent production equipment: the smelting end is equipped with vacuum induction furnaces and gas-shielded electroslag remelting furnaces; the forging production line is equipped with a 5000T multi-directional forging press, 4000T and 2000T electric screw presses, multi-size punching machines and presses, 12T/5T electro-hydraulic hammers, CNC ring rolling machines, etc., supported by 40T/60T intelligent temperature-controlled natural gas heating furnaces. The company's annual production capacity is over 20,000 tons.
During the shooting, the camera was moved from multiple angles to capture the precise molding of the red-hot alloy billet through forging by heavy equipment. The visual contrast between large-scale equipment and the hot workpiece highlighted the immense potential of intelligent manufacturing.
